The Magic Football Development Program has been designed by Chris and Sergio based on their years of experience in football and knowledge of the curriculum required as a pathway for developing players interested in fulfilling their potential.

Football is an IDEA...

An idea that is based around everyday life
I believe that the most effective way of scoring goals is by getting in behind the defense and the most effective way of preventing an opponent from scoring goals is through Shape which comes from Communication and discipline, which again comes hand in hand with life values.

Sergio Tarazona

A passionate and experienced football coach with up to 10 years of experience helping clubs develop players and teams from youth through to NPL.  With a proven record from coaching NPL2/3 teams to finalsand grand final wins through to creating development programs from youth (SAP) and seniors, as well as administration and organization skills in helping running semi-professional football clubs such as Gladesville Ryde Magic, Northern Tigers and Bankstown Berries. Key attributes include: a strong work ethic with high levels of initiative; great people management capabilities from a coach/mentoring player through to relationship development across clubs and people management; excellent organization and communication skills; and a keen eye for detail focused on outcomes.​​​

Chris Gaitatzis

Chris brings over 10 years of experience playing professional football in Greece and Italy. He is committed to sharing his commitment, dedication, and passion for the game, combined with his knowledge and experience as a professional footballer with young upcoming footballers.​
